I'm Judy Lynch and I'm a certified Hypnotherapist.   I was born in Allentown, PA, and moved to my current home in Coopersburg in 1980.  I received my BS in Computer Science from East Stroudsburg University and worked as a systems analyst/programmer for 13 years.  When I started a family, and the tech bubble burst, I worked at a local elementary school, and held the position of Instructional Aide for 17 years.  I decided to switch gears once again and became a certified hypnotherapist through the International Hypnosis Federation (IHF).

I have always found hypnosis fascinating, especially after I used it to quit smoking.  I had trouble quitting on my own, and was pleasantly surprised when I was then able to give up that habit without too much issue after I was hypnotized.  I also used hypnosis to help in the transition of wife/mother (care taker of all seen and unseen), to realizing there are things to tend to other than those that don't need 100% of my attention any more! 

 

I use self hypnosis to help myself deal with back pain, anxiety, and feeling blue.  I use a combination of breathing techniques and mindfulness to relax the body and the mind.  I would love to help others by teaching them what I have learned!

My office is in in my home in a quiet, rural area that I adore, just outside of Coopersburg, PA.  I chose to have my office in my home in hopes that it helps my clients and I build a level of trust, which is especially helpful to those that may be unsure of what hypnosis is.  All communication with me is strictly confidential.  I abide by the IHF guidelines (hypnosisfederation.com).
