Managing Stress with Hypnosis

It has been shown that hypnotherapy can help reduce stress.  Mindfulness brings our attention to what is causing the stress, and  relaxation techniques help us deal with it.

Everyone experiences stress to some degree.  It can negatively affect our bodies and emotions.  Many of us hold stress in our shoulders and/or stomach.  Let me help you put your stressors into perspective and learn how to relax your body and mind so that stress doesn't have such a negative impact on your life.

Anger often stems from or is triggered by stress.  If we can lessen the effect of stress, we can help lessen the feelings of anger.  If we can understand where the anger is coming from, or what triggers it and why, we can damper it down.    I can help you to be mindful of that emotion and how to handle it.
