Weight Loss

Everyone knows that one element of weight loss is to control your appetite.  Sometimes you 'just can't help it', and boom!  A whole bag of chips is gone!

 The reasons for over eating could be stress, boredom, happiness (hey! I'm at a party!), or even nutritional issues.      

We will work together to find out WHY you over eat and what your triggers are.  Then we will work on ways for you to handle it!
